Description
View of men working at machines at the Ford Willow Run plant in Michigan. The factory was designed by Detroit architect, Albert Kahn and was dedicated in June, 1941. "The assembly hall was 3,200 feet long and 1,280 feet wide. It featured more than 2.5 million square feet of floor space.
