Letter to Harold Turner (Affleck's builder) from John Lyman saying he is happy to quote a price for cypress once he gets details and quantities needed for the Affleck house. Letter is handwritten and dated March 26, 1941. In the letter Lyman mentions that "Uncle Sam" has bought up a lot of cypress.
