Postcard addressed to Gregor Affleck. Printed on postcard: "Notice to taxpayers, city of Bloomfield Hills. Payment of your 1940 General Tax may be made at the City Treasurer's office without interest or penalty until March 1, 1941. After March 1 all unpaid taxes will be returned to the Oakland County Treasurer as delinquent, at which office a collection fee of 4% and interest at the rate of 1/2 of 1% per month will be added. Considerable saving can be made by paying the taxes before March 1. Duplicate statements will be sent on request. Manly D. Davis, City Treasurer."
